Announcement: The 62nd IDIS Open Lecture Series with SNU Statistics Professors

The Research Institute for Science Data Innovation (Statistics Consulting & Education Center) at Seoul National University (SNU) is pleased to announce the newly restructured 62nd Open Lecture Series for the Winter of 2026.

We invite your active interest and participation in this program, which is designed to solidify your foundational knowledge in data analysis and enhance your practical application skills.

Note:

  • SNU graduate students (including research students) are eligible for a 20% tuition reduction supported by the BK21 Graduate School Innovation Project.

  • A Certificate of Completion signed by the Director of the SNU Research Institute for Science Data Innovation will be issued upon achieving 80% attendance.

4. Registration Period and Capacity

  • Registration Period: Monday, November 10, 2025 – Tuesday, January 20, 2026

  • Capacity: 100 participants (First-come, first-served basis)

5. Lecture Venue

  • SNU Gwanak Campus (Location will be individually announced to registered participants)
